We have moved beyond the traditional studio to offer a truly personal concierge experience. Whether you're dreaming of a bespoke engagement ring, a unique wedding band or the thoughtful remodeling of a family heirloom, Kali now provides private design consultations in the comfort of your own home.
STEP 1: The Virtual Design Introduction
Every bespoke journey begins with a conversation.
We invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute virtual consultation; this allows Kali to meet you, understand your vision and discuss the creative possibilities before arranging an in-person visit.
STEP 2: The Design Consultation
Following our introductory call, Kali will visit you at your home or preferred location across South London and parts of Surrey.
This is an opportunity to explore styles, take measurements and begin the technical design journey in the comfort of your own surroundings.
Excellence & Client Care
To ensure a seamless experience for both client and jeweller, all initial in-home appointments are design-led.
Please note that high-value materials and finished pieces are not presented during these first-stage consultations.
