When buying an item, you agree that:

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. The payment provider we use is Wix payments. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by the Kali Forbes business adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Kali Forbes reserves the right to cancel an order, or part thereof, if a product becomes unavailable; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. We will refund the relevant amount but will not be liable for any other costs incurred as a result of the unavailability.
Please check your invoice/sales receipt carefully as items will be supplied as per this. We require full payment to confirm your order and begin production.
Kali Forbes reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information or payment not being received.
DELIVERY
Delivery dates given on this site are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore, orders may be shipped on, prior to, or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer).
For all overseas customers (including in the EU from 1st January 2021), goods are delivered DAP/DDU ie if there are any customs duties or local taxes to pay these will need to be paid by the customer (for EU customers this will include VAT) as the goods are imported. There may also be a fee charged for customs clearance by the shipping company, this varies from country to country.
Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given at the time of order placement, charges may change accordingly.
Customers should inspect deliveries as quickly as possible for any damage and let us know within 7 days. After 7 days the goods will be deemed to have been accepted as undamaged by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
CLAIMS
Claims for in-transit damage and order shortages must be notified to Kali Forbes within 7 days of delivery. Failure to make such claims within the specified time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and quality thereof.
We will not accept claims for damage resulting from storage by the buyer or for damage and faults resulting from accident, negligence, alteration or misuse after delivery.
Claims for faulty products must be made via email. Proof of purchase will be required.
Photographic evidence and/or returned products may be required when claims are being made.
If products were bought through a retailer and not directly from this website then please make claims to that retailer.

Our photos on the website and in printed brochures are as accurate as possible. However, please note that our products may have variations due to their natural materials and production processes and that colour may vary due to screen and print quality.
Measurements are approximate and can also vary slightly.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Should this happen the new Terms and Conditions are immediately effective and automatically supersede prior published information.
