All pieces of Kali Forbes Jewellery are made to order. This means that our stock levels are low and do not need much storage giving us good environmental credentials.
Each piece of jewellery involves different processes and techniques to make it, therefore depending on the product there are different lead times. We will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and aim to have your non-bespoke orders delivered in 4 weeks, however, sometimes there are things that are out of our control. Please do get in touch if you need something for a special occasion and therefore need a faster delivery time, we will try our best to make that happen.
If you order more than one type of product, we wait until all of them have been made before we dispatch your order. This is for environmental reasons, in other words, we don’t want a large carbon footprint.
Our delivery times (excluding holidays) are as follows:
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery – within 3 working days of dispatch
International Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch
Please note that we are only able to cover delivery charges. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery a calling card will be left and a new delivery/collection may be re-arranged. We are not responsible for delays to your delivery caused by the delivery company used, but please let us know if you have any issues with your delivery and we will do our best to resolve them.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade and each screen is different, therefore gemstone, metal and enamel colours may vary from the images shown on the site.
We hope that you love your piece of Kali Forbes Jewellery, however if you would like to return it, we are able to issue refunds up to 14 days after the date you placed your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund sale items, bespoke items or earrings.
Please contact us if you would like to return your item, and we will send you a form via email to complete before returning your goods to check you are eligible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you send your returned item as a tracked parcel to ensure its safe arrival. We cannot reimburse your shipping costs and will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved. Please ensure that your jewellery is returned in perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging.
